Return Policy


We hope that you are satisfied with your LA Global Parts purchase. But, in the event that you need to return your ordered items, please select one of the options below to start the return process. Once we have received and examined your request, you will receive a confirmation email providing the return instructions.

  • Contact Us with information with your order ID number and reason why you would like to return the item

Used car parts which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, exchange or credit if the items are returned to our company within 14 days of receipt. The returned items are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Products are received in a resalable state (in same condition as sent to you)
  2. Products are returned with warranty sticker intact
  3. Products should be returned unused in their exact condition to secure a refund
  4. Products are returned complete with complete packaging to avoid damage to them
  5. Products purchased may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%
  6. Our company cannot accept any product which have been ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return
  7. All returned products are to be accompanied by the sender’s complete name, address, order reference number, account number and reason for return.
  8. After sending the package, please make sure you email us back with the tracking number for your return
  9. Our company cannot accept responsibility for returned posts which are undelivered

To return a product to LA Global Parts, simply take the product, in its original packaging box, to the post office of your choice and make sure you purchase insurance in case it gets damaged during shipping back to us.


Refunds


Refunds for returns usually process and credit within 48-72 hours from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. After the inspection of the returned item, we will accept or deny your return.


Once the returned has been approved and processed, your reimbursement will be attributed to the method of payment you used to purchase the products. You will receive a “credit approved” email the day you are credited. Our company wants to inform our customers that your bank may take four to seven working days to post the credit to your account or credit card.


In case you do not receive a credit after thirty days, please feel free to email our return department teams or simply contact our authorized personnel.


Cancellation of Items


All orders are electronically organized and forwarded to the authorized department immediately upon confirmation of the order. Thus, there is a minimal time for order cancellations. Please contact us ASAP if either found out the item is not suitable for you, or because you changed you mind.
