Shipping Policy

Most ground shipping orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from confirmation of your order. Schedule of shipments will differ depending on the delivery location and the size of the package. Small and medium sized packages are often delivered within two to seven business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

Orders containing fenders, hoods, doors and other huge parts require special handling. These items are often shipped via PILOT Freight Services or Greyhound Express, where delivery times usually range from two to nine working days.

• Overnight and 2-day Shipping – This shipping type is available for most medium and small sized packages for additional fees. Airfreight carriers reserve the right to prolong delivery time by 24 hours when delivering to residential addresses. No overnight or two-day delivery on weekend or a Holiday. For our customers, please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders begins on the next available business day.
• Performance Order Shipping – Most used performance car parts are shipped via Ground service. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the confirmation of your request. Shipping schedules will differ depending on the delivery location and size of the package. Small and medium sized packages are often delivered within two to seven working days.
• Greyhound Shipping Method - These items are delivered to the Greyhound Station of your choice and you must pick your purchased item from the station yourself. Items that are shipped via Greyhound will require some additional information from you.
  • Name and address of the Greyhound Station near you, where your item is to be delivered.
  • Name and phone number of the person who will pick up the item from the chosen Greyhound location near you.
• Orders containing running boards, brush guards, complete exhaust systems and other huge used car parts that require special handling are generally shipped via Freight where delivery takes two to nine working days.

Order Verification

All orders are subject to verification. In some cases, the verification process may delay your order. In addition, once your request has been confirmed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. You can access this through checking your email account.

Once your order delivers, you will receive a separate order shipped email. This email usually contains the product shipping information, date of shipment and other related details. In-store pick-up orders, on the other hand, are ready to pick up within one hour after you receive your order confirmation email. Tracking will be available in your ORDERS section.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are settled on based on shipping services, weight of your order and destination address. Your actual shipping fees will be shown during checkout and will be updated if you change your shipping service, cart contents and destination address.

Spilt Shipments

Because of the varying used car parts, your items may be shipped separately when you place an order for multiple products. You will not be charged an additional fee for split shipments.
